And your Lord inspired the bee: build homes in mountains and trees, and in (the hives) they build for you. Then eat from all the fruits… [Qur’aan 16:68-69]
In these verses the female verb is used to describe the bee that builds the home and searches for food. Modern science proves that this is so. A male bee never leaves the home to seek food, and females build the home as well.
Even today, only a specialist can distinguish a male and female bee. How could this have been known 1400 years ago? The Qur’aan accurately mentions a fact only discovered hundreds of years later! And Allah Knows Best
